How the availabilities are reviewed?
We have a "Bot" accessing the Dropboxes and Intranets everyday and we get an alert when the price file changes. Where the "bot" is not working properly (or even if it´s working), we manually check the prices periodically so 80% of the references are checked once per week, some of them once every 2 weeks and some once per month depending on our experience on how often the prices change. We also get messages from developers or agencies alerting on changes so we update immediatelly on those cases. We cannot ensure 100% accuracy as sometimes the source of info is not correct (sometimes the Dropbox from developer is not updated) but it´s a good enough system to have all prices under control.
Will I be able to import the newbuild properties to my system?
If you have inmovilla or you are able to import an XML feed in version Kyero V3 you will be able to get all the properties and setup the import with daily update so all the info will update automatically.
Can I test how the properties would look like in my system?

We have 2 more specs with more info in them but you will have to map the extra info so your system is able to import those specs.
Is there any permanency?
No, you should just have to pay the setup fee and, at least, one month. If you are not happy with the system you can cancel anytime.
What developments do you have?
You can press "View Properties" from Home Menu at the website to see all the references we have available.
Do you take part of the commission if we sell?
No, you contact directly with the developers and you get the full commission they pay.
How many properties do you advertise from a development?
We advertise one property of each type, for example, if it´s a block of apartments and we have 2 and 3 bedrooms, we advertise: ground floor 2bed, ground floor 3bed, middle floor 2 bed, middle floor 3 bed, penthouse 2bed, penthouse 3bed (so 6 references); we advertise the cheapest unit of each type, when that unit is sold, we move the price to the next cheapest unit until there are no more units available from that type.
What if I don´t want to get all the properties into my system?
We can provide subzones (like Costa Blanca North, Costa Blanca South+Murcia, etc) and you can even build a custom feed to get exactly what you want.
I want to hire the service, how do I begin?
Just fill the form at Register menu, we will prepare a contract and, once signed and paid the setup fee (we will send you the bank details with the contract), we will give you full access.
