Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

Therefore, we guarantee its security and confidential treatment, in accordance with the provisions of the EUROPEAN DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (EU) 679/2016, as well as any other applicable regulations.
What types and categories of personal data do we process?
The categories of data that we will need from you are classified into:
- Identifying and contact data.
- Billing and payment data.
- Connection and browsing data.
Within each of these categories of data there are the following types of data that we will request from you or that you will provide to us at some point in our relationship:
Identifying and contact data: Name and surname, postal address, delivery address, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address. It may happen that you provide us with data of third parties with whom you have some kind of relationship. In that case, we will process the data because we understand that you have notified these third parties that you are providing us with their data and have referred them to this privacy policy so that they are aware of how we process their data. However, we will inform them of this privacy policy when we have the opportunity to do so.
Billing and payment details. Billing address, current account number and bank details. Data necessary to make and complete an invoice, for companies in compliance with tax obligations it is mandatory to have a NIF/CIF in order to complete the invoice. Payment or card details are not stored or collected in our systems, but are sent directly via the payment gateway to the payment service provider.
Connection data, browsing. Where we use this type of data, we may have access to your device's IP address and device identifier and metadata.
For Companies we will process your company name and tax identification number, name and surname of the contact person, address and telephone number.
We would appreciate it if the data you provide us with is up to date and real. If the information you provide is false, incomplete, inaccurate or not up to date, we reserve the right to terminate the contracted services or any other contract that may have been signed.
For what purposes do we use your personal data?
At FABRA COSTA, S.L. we use your data to the extent permitted by the RGPD, as well as by the applicable legislation in force. In any case, the data will be processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and in no case will they be processed in a way that is incompatible with those purposes. Specifically, the following processing will be carried out:
- Answering your queries, requests or applications.
- To manage the contractual relationship and the provision of the consultation services requested by the client.
- To manage your telephone calls.
- To issue payment receipts for the services provided in favour of the client.
- For the correct performance of the requested service, the client's personal data necessary for monitoring the evolution of the client during the provision of the service will be processed.
- To carry out all administrative, fiscal and accounting procedures necessary to comply with our contractual commitments and fiscal and accounting obligations.

- Manage the sending of information and commercial prospecting by any means in case of explicit consent.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The legitimisation of the processing of personal data that we carry out is at all times in compliance with the provisions of article 6 of the GDPR, as well as article 8 of Organic Law 3/2018. In cases where the legitimacy for the main purpose of data use is not found in any of the above legal bases, the data subject's consent to the processing will be requested.
How long do we keep your data?
